Xfinity Stream App does not work

I deleting the app and reinstalled it multiple times and it does not resolve the issue.

This is getting old with Xfinity streaming. Poor application and support

We sincerely apologize that you have been experiencing issues when attempting to use the Xfinity Stream App. Can you share a bit more with us about what is happening when you try to use that app? Are you receiving an error message, is the app crashing, is it just going black, are your commands (play, pause, etc.) failing, distorted audio/video playback, etc.? We would like to be able to provide you with additional assistance to get this resolved for you as soon as possible and having those details will really help. I'm having same issue. After using the iOS app for years, it no longer works. Hasn't worked for nearly a week. It won't even load the start screen to allow me to pick a channel. My other streaming apps still work as normal, so doesn't appear to be issue with wifi or my device.

Even tried going to web page via Safari, but Xfinity log in keeps timing out.

Yes, just started on my smart tv today. Just goes black and locks tv until a go back to home screen. Multiple uninstall, reinstalls, and restarts with no change.

@mvan24 Can you provide the make and model of your TV that the Xfinity Stream app is on? Is the Xfinity Stream app on the TV itself or on a firestick or Roku device?
