Xfinity Stream 4K Content
Does the Stream app support 4k content on Apple Tv? There's an option in the Guide Filter to show 4K Channels but nothing shows up. Chatted with a agent on Reddit that said the College Final was being shown in 4K for Stream app users but I couldn't see it. is it only supported on the Xumo Box they're promoting now?

Great question! The Xfinity Stream app on Apple TV does not currently support live 4K content, which is why you're not seeing any channels when using the 4K filter. While some live events, like the College Football Playoff final, may have been available in 4K on other Xfinity-supported devices, 4K streaming is currently only available on X1 boxes, Flex, and the new Xumo Stream Box—not the Stream app on Apple TV.
