Xfinity Steam will not open on Ipad
When logging into Xfinity stream on iPad, it says something went wrong. We’re sorry, something unexpected just happened. Please try again.
I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled and still get the same pop up when I try to log on. Works for me on my iPhone just not on iPad 9th gen. Operating system is 17.3.1

@user_yhws56 Thank you for taking the time to bring this up so our team here can help. I personally love using the Xfinity Stream app as it allows you to watch both live and On Demand content wherever you are! I love being able to take my dogs to the park and let them get crazy, and when I run out of energy, I can just sit down and catch up on my favorite shows until they're ready to leave. It's like having a TV in your back pocket! I know I wounld't be happy if I kept seeing this error when trying to do that however, so I'm committed to making sure we get this working exactly as you need!
I'd like to ask a few questions to learn a bit more about your experience with this. Are you getting that "something went wrong" error right after you log in, or are you getting this before being able to log in? Are you connected to your home WiFi when trying to sign in?
