This is certainly not the experience that we want you to have when you're trying to use your Roku to stream. Just to clarify, is this an issue with the Roku TV or Roku Players?
We have noticed that uninstalling and reinstalling the Xfintiy beta can clear up many issues including the error 500. If that does not work, it may be an issue with your connection and not the application itself. Try powering off your Modem/Gateway and removing the coaxial cable from it for about 3 to 5 minutes. Plug the coaxial cable back in and power on your Modem/Gateway. Let us know if that helps!
