Xfinity app on Roku tv
I have 2 Roku tv’s with xfinity app installed. I just setup another one and it’s only allowing me to view past purchases. I signed in like normal and instead of the main menu where I can chose a show to watch it’s only coming up with 1 movie I purchased years ago. This has happened to every tv I tried to install on. What’s happening?

Thank you so much for being a part of the Xfinity family and reaching out to us, user_9pj7kg. Are those same movies and showing up on the DVR you have at home? It sounds like a possible cloud sync issue.
