Xfinity App Down For Over 2 Weeks
Hello, we have been unable to use the Xfinity Streaming App for almost 2 weeks now. There was an outage reported and Xfinity claimed it was resolved in our area, but it still does not work on our Iphone 13 Pro. When we choose a channel, we have an endless loading indicator. We already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

I am glad that our Digital Care team was able to send the account refreshes and get the Xfinity Stream app working once again!
