Xfinity App Down For Over 2 Weeks

Hello, we have been unable to use the Xfinity Streaming App for almost 2 weeks now. There was an outage reported and Xfinity claimed it was resolved in our area, but it still does not work on our Iphone 13 Pro. When we choose a channel, we have an endless loading indicator.  We already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

I am glad that our Digital Care team was able to send the account refreshes and get the Xfinity Stream app working once again! Our team helps with all of our social media platforms and want reaching out to be easy! Our Customer Service board is a great place to post if you are in need of more immediate assistance. I spoke with someone on the Reddit Xfinity board who finally helped me.  He sent numerous refresh signals to our home.  I would suggest trying the Reddit Xfinity Board and posting a question, a rep usually gets back to you soon.
