Will not go to full screen on android.

Have tried everything suggested..turning on side, clearing cache, turning off and reinstalling app.  Why do so many people gave this same problem?  Must be your problem and not ours.

Hi, @user_80e0df! Thank you for bringing this to our attention. What happens when you attempt to have the app go full screen? Does the screen stay the same, stuck, or do you get an error?

@XfinityBiancaB​ there is not an option to try and switch to full screen using the Stream app on my Samsung Note 20 or Galaxy S21.  It works fine for other apps like DISH Anywhere,  YouTube, TikTok  Amazon Prime,  Netflix...

Hello and how are you doing this evening, @user_34732b. It has been a couple of days. Are you still having this issue with the Stream app or where you able to get this resolved?

I am having this same issue in a Samsung Galaxy S10. It won't play in horizontal mode or auto rotate. Have done all the suggested tips from others sites/forums. No issues with other streaming apps.
