Why am I unable to access Xfinity stream via WiFi or cellular?

  • Are you trying to access Stream through the Xfinity Stream app, or via the website at https://www.xfinity.com/stream?
  • Are you receiving any error messages or error codes?
  • What type of device are you using (for example, mobile phone, tablet, smart TV, or computer)?

Can you tell us what happens when you open the Xfinity Stream app on your Apple iPhone device? Not receiving an error code or message is very strange unless you are just accessing a blank screen. Provide as much detail as possible so we can best assist. @maj1978
