TVGO channels not working, CBS, FOX, ABC-sometimes

when out of area, TVGO channels not working, CBS, FOX, ABC-sometimes  i use the app on computer and firestick.  sometimes it will work on computer and not on firestick.  in addition, NBC, which should be working all the time, doesn't even appear in lineup.  and when it does, I see 2 NBCs, one is normal, the other states: "subscription to this channel required."  

very frustrating app.

    Seeing two NBC listings—one normal and one requiring a subscription—is expected in some cases. The second listing may refer to a premium or out-of-market version of NBC that isn’t included in your current package. another problem I'm having is with the audio on msnbc and sometimes cnbc.  i hear nothing while programing is playing, but sometimes with certain commercials i will get audio.  and a recording playback from either channel the audio is fine.  how do we fix this?
