TVAPP-00349 playback issue
I travel a lot. Most the time I download shows from my DVR through the Xfinity app and watch my shows downloaded to my Apple IOS device (updated). Recently I discovered that my shows would not play for me when flying, however if I turn off aircraft wifi, this fixed the issue for me. However :30 mins into my hour show it stopped and I received TVApp-00349 playback issue. I googled around and could not find a fix for this. Kind of stinks not having my shows to watch and not knowing they are even going to play after the painfully slow download process. The downloads are another issue, more than half fail during the download or they download corrupt, like the error I mentioned. Any ideas for a fix?

• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
