Tv remote app

My tv remote app on my iPhone loses listings and dvr manager functions. I have to delete app and retrieve it from the cloud  for it to bring back the functions. Is this a Xfinity issue or an IPhone issue????

Sooooooo maybe it’s my phone then. Further note, I recently updated my XR to 15.0.1…… possibly created this problem myself. Time to contact Apple support I suppose.

I have a similar problem. All my recordings show up on my X1 DVR.  I only have one X1 DVR.  On my iPhone Xfinity Remote app no recordings show up and three (3) Comcast/Xfinity machines I've long ago returned to Comcast still show up.  I can find not way to delete them but I can alter their names so I know which is active and which ones no longer exists in my house.  How do I get rid of the non-existent ones and how do I get my DVR recordings to populate on the iPhone app again?
