Trouble with Xfinity Streaming App

I am unable to delete recordings using the Stream app. The TV DVR shows the correct number of recordings while the app shows many more.  Any suggestions? I have tried syncing, reinstalling the app, and rebooting the DVR box, several times. This issue is both with my iPad and iPhone. Thanks.
