trouble using app
I have an Amazon Fire tv. On Monday, we couldn't navigate around the Stream app and eventually would get an error and black screen. I tried unplugging the tv and reinstalling the app. Didn't help. Since then, the app is behaving better but when we get to Stream, it only gives us a couple banners of tv shows we have already watched. I navigate to the left side where Options are. I can see To Go, Favorite channels, Search, Settings, etc. But there is no longer a "highlighter". So we don't know what option we are on and have to blindly select until we manage to get to a Guide to watch tv - or to do anything within the app.
Our other Fire tv is working fine with Stream. Neither uses a stick. They are the tv version.
