Can't stream outside of my network from amazon firesrick after doing an xfinity update. Cleared the cache and the data and still nothing. Says I need to update location and I have on my firestick.

I can certainly understand how frustrating that would be, especially if Xfinity Stream was working outside your home network before the update and is now prompting you to update your location.
Since you've already cleared the cache and app data, the issue may be related to how the Xfinity Stream app is validating location permissions on the Fire Stick following the update. Even when location services are enabled on the device, the app may not be receiving or properly recognizing that information.
You may want to verify that location services are enabled on the Fire Stick, sign out and back into the Xfinity Stream app, restart the Fire Stick, and reinstall the app entirely if you haven't already done so. If you're using a VPN or any network privacy service, temporarily disabling it may help as well.
One question: are you seeing this message for all content, or only certain channels and programs?
That can help determine whether this is a location verification issue or a content entitlement issue.
