stream audio on computer

My recordings will not play audio at all, but live TV will. My speakers work fine and it wont play through my AirPods. Youtube, Netflix, twitter, hulu all play audio fine but xfinity does not.

We had the same problem on our laptop.  All other audio works but not the recordings.   They did work two days ago. Any suggestions?

Hello @user_r7nnqy, thanks for reaching out for help with the audio on your recorded programs. 

By chance have you tired things like clearing your cache/cookies, using a different browser, or seeing if the audio for your recorded programs has the same issue on other devices?
