Stream App Missing New Recordings & No Scheduled Recordings Showing.

My stream app on multiple devices shows no new recordings since November 23, when I go to the scheduled recordings it shows nothing.

I've tried reinstalling the app and a system refresh, neither helped.

Very frustrating, I don't use the app often but several times a year it's important it works.  I missed the Thanksgiving football game when I was out of town because of this.

It appears to have resolved itself.  Soon after I posted this our X1 rebooted itself and since then new recordings are showing on the Stream app as well as scheduled recordings.

@Todd9  Thank you for reaching out to us through our Xfinity Forums Community, and thank you for your patience while awaiting our response. We understand that you've been experiencing some issues with Stream app not showing new recordings and not seeing any of your scheduled recordings. I would be reaching out as well to find out what is going on. I appreciate the steps you have taken so far. Can you let me know if this issue is only with new recent recordings? Are you able to view older recordings?

@XfinityBrianW​ I have the same issue. Cannot see any shows recorded when I use my app. If I record a show on the TV, I can't see it if I use the app. Has been going on for a few months and when I call for help it's no help. Have my permissions changed for some reason?

Btw I have reinstalled the app, signed in and out and restarted the tv
