Stream app issues

Ever since the stream update last month I’m having issues using playback of saved programs. When watching a saved program at some point during playback, the stream app functions are not available. I cannot fast forward or any other stream functions. I can only use home to bring up the Roku home page. So i have to exit app and start over.

Try deleting the app, powering off your device, then restart your device (clears memory in some devices) then

download and reinstall the app.

The information  @MikeB39A  provided is a great way to fix those issues,  please let us know after taking those steps if that resolved your playback issues

thanks. It appeared to fix the issue but again today it happened just now. It’s frozen during playback of a show and only way to fix is to exit.

thanks.
