Stream App Error on Roku and iPad
What is going on with xfinity app? Worked fine two days ago on my Roku tv and now every time I go to a channel on the app, it gives an error message. This is crazy. I can’t enjoy watching my channels in bed. The app won’t work on my iPad either. I have followed all of the recommendations such as uninstalling and reinstalling, unplugging the tv and restarting it, and many others but to no avail.

Hello, there! Thank you for your comment. I did move it over since the original thread you posted on has been resolved. I am sorry to hear about your issue with the Stream App. I also use the app as an extension of my service and would be severely limited without it. We are going to get to the bottom of this. Can you tell me what error message and/or code you are getting?
