Same issue

maybe we can get some resolution....  the chromecast is working properly, but media will not cast. I have screenshots, where can I post?

Hello @user_2f194a, thanks for reaching out for help on our forums! We’re aware of an issue affecting some customers’ ability to use Xfinity Stream with Chromecast. Please know that this is not an issue with our network; our network is functioning properly at this time. But there is a technical issue with the service provider which they expect to resolve soon. We’re monitoring the situation and appreciate your understanding.
