Same issue with Peacock

instead of having everyone send direct messages that will never be read or resolved, why not just post the solution here?

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with the Peacock offer, I know it has been frustrating. The reason that a solution is not posted to the forums and that we invite people to reach out through a direct message is because there is not a workaround at this time for the issues with the Peacock offer that will work for everyone, but depending on the account, there may be things that can be done, but we have to get personal details that we would not want available to the public.
