Roku TV - Xfinity Stream Beta (v5.8) - Error:TVAPP-00207 - No Streaming video (March 30, 2021)

Issue:

Xfinity Stream app on my Roku televisions (two of them different models) does not play video.

The app itself starts and shows channel listings and recordings but clicking on any of them leads to the error message Error:TVAPP-00207.

Troubleshooting:

Have powered down (unplugged) Modem(NETGEAR Modem CM1000v2), Router(NETGEAR Router R6900P) and both ROKU TV's(55R625).

Checked for update to the Xfinity Stream app through the Roku interface (v5.8).

Checked for update to the Roku TVs system software (software 9.4.0 build 4206).

Oddities:

Can log into the Xfinity Stream Beta application from a computer and it works fine, just not from the Roku Televisions.

Other streaming services including Peacock work.

Summary:

Xfinity Stream app on my Roku televisions (two of them different models) does not play video.

Hello,

I am having the same exact problem.  Everything was working fine, now it is not.  I deleted the app and reinstalled; the same issue continues.

Please help!

Jorge,

I see no peer to peer chat anywhere on the page.  Please give me another way to contact you.  I need this fixed.

Using the Xfinity Beta App on 4 different ROKU's and and LG OLED TV, the GRIT will not load on any of its channels.
