RE: Lip Syncing problem on Firestick app

I have noticed the same thing on multiple Firesticks and multiple DVRs. (Xfinity just had me update my DVR to a new model and the problem still persists).  I am currently seeing this on Magnum PI recorded 7/24 and Miracle Workers recorded 8/03 as well as numerous recordings in the past.  If it makes any difference it does seem to be more common on unusual channels like TBS or AMC.  I don't think I could watch any of the Walking Dead I recorded via my firestick because of this issue and had to watch them on the TV directly connected to the DVR.

Hi there, @ejander11! We appreciate you for posting to the Xfinity Community Forum to let us know you are also having the same Lip Syncing problem. I stream my favorite shows and movies and understand how frustrating this may be for you. I'd like to help get this resolved. 

 

Thanks for the details you've provided regarding your experience. What troubleshooting steps have you taken on your end to resolve this? Have you tried to perform an account refresh on your cable box, clear your cache and cookies on the firesticks, and then tried to see if the same thing happens? @XfinityChe1 Sorry it took so long to get back to you.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Xfinity app from my firestick and have reset my DVR as described above and neither have been able to resole the issue.
