RAI and MediaSet don't work on Roku TV Xfinity Stream

I have escalated your issue to the Comcast Team available to these forums. Check back often for a reply in this thread from a Comcast Official Employee.

I used to have a Roku, but it may have changed since then. Worth a try. 

Just by chance, did you authenticate the added channels with the Roku. It's kindof a pairing between Comast and the Roku where it will give you a link code. 

Also, you have to be signed in to your Comcast account first.

If Comcast already responded to your issue, please let us know what they did!

By chance, have you tried the steps suggested by @jhqbraille, authenticate the added channels with the Roku, signed in to your Comcast account first?

I am interested in this question.  I was an RAI/Mediaset subscriber but when they migrated the channels to the 3000+ range I could no longer access them via my TIVO so I cancelled.

If they are reachable via Xfinity Stream on a Roku, I would consider re-subscribing. 

Please let me know if this is SUPPOSED to work and whether it does work.  When I go to the Xfinity Stream Channel list, I do not see these Italian Package channels (I do see some Spanish language channels).  This may be due to limitations or, perhaps, they are not displayed unless subscribed.
