Primary User

Hello, I’m not sure why but apparently im not the primary user on the account. I can log in check the bill and pay it but I can’t watch Max. Can you please assist me with making my email the primary on the account. Thank you!

In order to get started can you send me a DM with your name and address so you can start enjoying all the benefits of being the primary user on our app/site. Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 
• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page) 
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
• Press Enter to send your message
