Playback issue 2111

For the past week, I have been receiving the message “playback issue: 2111 error 3” on my fire tv when attempting to use my xfinity stream app. It is happening with all channels, as well as when attempting to watch something on demand. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, still with the same issue. The other apps on my tv are working, so I know it isn’t an internet issue as everything is still loading and connected to the WIFI. I also checked to see if all of my device updates were completed, and those are all up to date as well.

@MikeB39A​ I have been using the app on this TV for about 2 years now with no issues until this error message began. I also use the app on a different TV in my home with no issues.
