Playback issue 2111

​I have read COUNTLESS threads for this same issue but Xfinity has not posted a resolution once. Instead asking to send a “chat”. How can this be fixed once and for all?! ​

Hello there, @user_6f86a6. I am sorry to hear you are having continued issues with your Xfinity Stream App. Can you tell me what kind of device you are using to access the app? Is it with Chromebook OS?
