I'm trying to stream from my one plus 8 device and keep getting Playback issue 2111 with Error 3.

I know how important it is to be able to stream through the app as it is my favorite way to watch my shows on the go. Are you getting the error when you are trying to watch a specific program?
I am having the same issue on my One Plus 8 5G. The app was working fine then all of a sudden all I get is "Playback Issue 2111 Error 3" no matter what channel I try.
Morning @mryrmy, I understand you are having play back issues. Are you using the latest IOS? When did this issue start?
I have a Toshiba Fire Streaming TV — using the Xfinity App (beta) to play channels.
All channels via the App are not viewable. TV is new, and the App was working for 6 days. On the 7th day, this error occurred and I'm getting nothing.
The error states :
Playback Issue: 2111
We're sorry but we're unable to play this video right now. Please try a different channel or program.
Is there a fix for this in the works?
Or is there a way to fix this that I can try? I am seeing a lot of this issue posted in these forums but I have yet to see any solution to the issue.I expected some bugs for sure — it clearly is a BETA version, but your error messages completely lack relevant detail, and theirs no guide to the error system language I can find.
Any info about this issue would be most welcome.

So is Xfinity going to address the 2111 Error 3 issue??
To All With the Playback Issue 2111 Error 3 problem:
While randomly trying different things, I just accidentally fixed the issue on my One Plus 8 5G Android phone by clearing the cache on the xfinity Stream app. I did not clear the storage.
At no time during all my many hours communicating with Comcast/xfinity did they ask me to perform this simple procedure!!??
