Phone app

It appears that my phone app no longer shows the programs that I have recorded on my Xfinity DVR. How do I fix this.

Hi there, @user_p2agxb! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum. Sorry to hear about the trouble viewing your recordings. To get this back working, I would recommend first, syncing the DVR. You can do that on the X1 Box by going to :

-Settings
-Device Settings
-Sync DVR

If that does not work, please log out of the app, uninstall/reinstall it, then log back in and see if you are able to view the programs and let us know the result.
