Only TV GO channels show on the app

I can’t access my Xfinity channels on the Xfinity app on my phone. Only the xfinity go channels show up when I navigate to live tv. Please what is going on?

Hey, @user_3a520c! Thanks for reaching out here on our Community Forums for assistance with your Xfinity Streaming App. I'm sorry to hear some channels are not available on the go. Are you trying to stream Live TV channels or On-Demand content? Do you get an error code or message?

They are not getting the Channel numbers like 412 MotorTrend ... its just random networks with tvgo next to them... no rhyme or reason in the guide

@user_8e13c3 Thank you fo tthe update. Are you on your home network or on a Wi-Fi hotspot away from your home? If you Are away from your home then you would not have access to all your channels and this is why it is only showing the TVGO next to them.

This week on my iPad TVGO does not show 2 of the live channels when traveling that I have always previously watched.  Why are some missing this week?  i uninstalled the streaming app on my iPad and re-installed, same issue.  Some TVGO channels are available.

I lost my channels around 6pm yesterday.  I also lost TV and internet in my home.  It was not restored until 4am.   Only have access to a handful of useful channels out the home.  My usuals ESPN, CNN, MSNBC, Golf channel, CNBC, etc were unavailable.  The message said to connect to my Wi-Fi.  These are staple “out of the home “ channels.  Plus I could only get my NBC local affiliate.  Fox and  ABC, had to be connected to Wi-Fi.  Obviously locals have to be basic to a streaming platform.  CBS has always been only in home I believe. They say it’s a technical issue.  I think it’s probably a proprietary and money issue with CBS concerning their own AP.
