No audio on xfinity stream app

Lately I will watch a dvr recording of a tv show and halfway through my audio stops working. This happens a lot! I’ve tried everything from deleting the app and reinstalling to resetting my audio and nothing works. This is a constant issue and I need some help. The app is unusable at this point. I have great wifi and connection. It seems to be something on your end. Please help!

Hello, @user_d3aed8. I see you are running into audio issues with DVR recordings on the Xfinity Stream App. Are you only seeing this problem with DVR recordings, or have you noticed this with your regular channel line up as well? Do you notice this on every device you use to stream on the app?

I am having the same issue. I only use the Xfinity stream app and only watch dvr recordings so I can’t help answer ur question support, but just wanted to echo that I’m having this exact same issue.

Hello, @user_2c085b. Thank you for letting us know that you are also having this issue. We want to see this resolved! What type of device are you using to stream on? Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far such as restarting the DVR program, checking for updates, reinstalling the app, or restarting your device?

having the same problem.  Recorded sports games and movies will timeout when downloading.  Or audio is missing.  Does not happen downloading movies on other platforms.  Seems to be with Xfinity only.  Downloading to ipad.  Any solutions!??

iphone Xs iOS15.3.1 and iPad both using the xfinity stream app. When watching DVR recordings the audio cuts out during the recording and I cant get it back on for that recording. Have tried troubleshooting steps above: restarting the DVR program, checking for updates, reinstalling the app, restarting the DVR and restarting the device. Nothing has fixed this. Please help.
