My streaming keeps freezing on all devices

I’ve tried multiple devices restarting everything and I am trying to watch a show on demand and it keeps freezing. My wifi is fine as you guys are the ones providing it. It’s beyond frustrating

Are you having issues while you are connected to your in-home Wi-Fi Network or while outside of the home?
