My app connects and then goes on and off.

iPhone xfinity steam  app isn’t working well connects abd treb stops and goes back ok

Hello @user_ff9474, thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! Being able to use the Xfinity Stream app is so convenient as you can access your channels on the go, or away from a TV. It is one of my personal favorites, and definitely something we want you to be able to enjoy without issue. We're here to help! 

 

When you mention the connection goes on and off, are you referring to the content not loading properly? Are you getting any error messages or black screens? Also, does this happen on all of the shows/movies you go to watch, or only certain ones? We look forward to working with you on this!

The streaming starts and then stops. My other steaming apps do not have that issue . This has been courting in the last week . It really is the app . I thought the latest update from you would fix it but it has not. Yes I have shut down and reopened and deleted the app abd  signed in many times . I downloaded my favorite channels and not Xfinity as my provider and things  stream find . On the app it cuts on and off.

Thank you for getting back to us so quickly! This is certainly not the kind of experience we want you to have with this app. Is the app only having issues on your iPhone? Have you tried on other devices, or even a computer ( https://www.xfinity.com/stream ), to see if it has the same issue?
