Local channels not available out of home

I lost my CBS and fox local channels using the TV Go app when I'm out of my home and don't know why I should have them all I have is NBC anyone else experiencing this? This is total [Edited: Language]. I'm going to leave Xfinity if this is going to keep happening for local channels is ridiculous.

Thank you for your comment. I wanted to address this in a separate post as it is a different issue. I am sorry to hear about your problems getting your local channels to show out of your home. I can understand how frustrating that might be as I seem to always be on the go.

We’re aware of an issue where some users, when attempting to play an in-home channel from the Xfinity Stream app grid while on an out-of-home network, will see an error message instead of being automatically redirected to the TV Go version of the channel.

Known platforms impacted at this time are: iOS, Android, Web, and Fire TV. Impacted customers will receive the following error message:

"Please connect to your in-home WiFi. Due to licensing agreements, some content can only be viewed on your in-home WiFi."

You should be able to access available TV GO channels, including CBS, ABC, and FOX TV by either:
1. Clicking "Browse TV Go Channels" button from the error message
2. Applying the "Available out of home" filter in the grid using the Filters button
