Local channels disappear on Xfinity Stream at home
Everytime I open Xfinity stream, my local channels are gone. I have to start the frustrating cycle of restarting my Fire TV at least 3 times for my local channels to show up or delete the app, install the app and sign in again. Both takes time to do. My location has not changed for many years, and im always home when I use Xfinity stream. This makes me want to view my local channels in other ways besides using the app.

Hi there, @user_26wbej. Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum. Sorry to hear about the trouble with getting local channels on the stream app with your Fire TV. That definitely sounds frustrating. When this is occurring, do you see the same problem on any other devices like on a smartphone?
