Live TV menu only shows TV Go Channels
Same issue as this thread
Customer service was supposed to push an update and then I rebooted - but did not resolve.
I am watching on Firestick on app - tried rebooting, reinstalling app, logging off/back on
Looks like system thinks I am not on home network

Hi, @user_cd075d. Thank you for reaching out to let us know you are running into some trouble with your Stream App similar to what was reported on the post you listed. I'm sure it has been frustrating to deal with, and I'll be glad to help. I understand you reached out already, however, the issue still remains.
We've been working with customers to get this fixed, and I have seen others start to report things are going back to normal. I completed an account refresh to update the data going to the home network as well as your customer profile. How are things looking today?

Same issue via my Laptop. Refuses to let me attempt to set Recordings, also.

Sam problem here…. Doesn’t work on my iPad app, android phone app nor on my PC… on Togo channels and NONE of my ever recordings!
of course it happens in thanksgiving when there are 25 people over and every tv is in use
