on the iphone version, touch the tripple dot icon and it will show recent channels.

since this is on the app thread we'll stay with the ipad. on your ipad launch the Stream app. touch the menu button (stack of papers) scroll to bottom and select gear icon, scroll to bottom and reply with your version of stream app. I checked both iphone and iPad both have latest version listed on the apple store and have the triple dots while viewing live TV.
