Is Xfinity working on the Xfinity Stream App not working on Apple TV 4K 2022 Models

I upgraded my Apple TV 4K from a 2nd generation to a 3rd generation. I am able to download the Xfinity stream app but, unable to sign into the app because Xfinity only supports certain Apple TV Models (Apple TV HD 2015, Apple TV 4K 2017, and Apple TV 4K 2021), to be specific. Now with that said, I am able to watch Xfinity Stream App on my iPad and then use Apple’s Airplay to my New Apple TV and view it that way. Just two minor steps, but I would like to just pick up the tv remote and access the Xfinity Stream App directly to my new Apple TV. Is Xfinity working on supporting Apple TVs from 2022 & later anytime soon, and will there be any notification of so?
