try an ethernet cable between the gateway/modem and the TV and see if that fixes the problem. TVs are not known for great wifi reception.

I can try, but I can stream with high quality using any other application, Netflix, Yotube, etc.

Tested my LG with ethernet directly to router, close to 500 down! Does not resolve the issue with HD content.

Call Comcast executive level support at 215-665-1700, option 2. Open a ticket and hopefully we can get Comcast and LG to work together to resolve. The more they hear from customers the better the chance of getting support. Inform them of all the comments by other customers on the community forum that are having the same issue. Comcast published the list of TVs that support this app, so they should help resolve.
There are 2 different streams (subjects) on this issue on the forum. You can search for the other one. Starts with LG 24LM520S ..... lagging issue.
