i'm trying to watch a program on CBS, and when I click on the CBS icon,, I get a fatal error that says, you've reached the maximum # of streams allowed with your subscription. To view this video, close the other videos you're watching and try again. I am NOT watching anything else when I try to do this. Please advise what is happening and how this is fixed.

Hi user_grclkt! Thanks for visiting our Xfinity Forum, letting us know about the error you're receiving on your end. My team is here to help! Just to confirm, are you trying to watch an On Demand CBS program through the Xfinity Stream app on your iPhone?

NO, I am not trying to access on demand. I am using my iphone, and am trying to watch a "live" program, which I do almost daily. But now, when I click on the particular show, The Young & the Restless, I get the fatal error message ...... that maximum # of streams allowed with my subscription has been reached. ????

This almost sounds like it could be an app cache issue. I know on iPhones you can't really just delete the app cache and data. Has anyone tired to delete the app and then reinstall it when getting this error to see if it goes away?
