Hello @user_io6p0o, and thanks for reaching out on our Xfinity Community forums.

I can understand how frustrating that must be, especially when Netflix has been working fine for years and suddenly stopped working on your TV.

To help narrow down the cause, can you tell us if this is only affecting the one television, or are you experiencing the same issue on other devices as well? For example, are you able to access Netflix through the website or the Netflix app on a phone, tablet, or another streaming device?  Is your subscription managed through Xfinity or directly through Netflix?

If you're seeing an error code or message, please share the exact wording. It would also be helpful if you could describe what happens when you attempt to open Netflix. Does the app fail to launch, get stuck on a loading screen, sign you out, or display an error? The more details you can provide, the better we can help troubleshoot the issue.
