How to send feedback to Comcast VP regarding Stream for older iPads 14001 error

Here is where we can vent our frustrations regarding the recent change to our belove it Xfinity Stream for our iPad 4 and older.

I'm sure that he doesn't read them, but it's a start.

So what, exactly are you saying here, Rustyben? Are you  saying that Comcast feels it neccessary to help inforce Apples utterly bizarre obsolescence "rule"?

Again, since you're the "expert", please explain why Comcast cannot easily support two versions of the Stream App? Amazon, Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc. all support 32bit, and still offer upgraded versions. In most cases, the UI is far more demanding than the Stream App!

Apple requires apps to be compiled with apple's own compiler which eliminates ability to do as you say. Note that android has version requirements too.

What on earth are you talking about? Nothing in your two sentences makes any sense. It addresses absolutely nothing that I replied about. The Apps that I mentioned, from Amazon, Netflix, etc., etc., etc., are providing Apps that continue to work with a 32-bit iPad and continue to be updated. Do you think that a compiler somehow vanishes when Apple unleashes a new OS version?

What exactly are you an expert in? It is certainly not software engineering. Please stop acting as one and quit being such an apologist for Comcast. This iPad issue is just a perfect example of complete incompetence by Comcast. If you're going to the trouble of answering what I said in my second paragraph, at least address the content and not respond with nonsense.

Indeed.  Even the NBC app, which Comcast owns, still works on my 32-bit iPad 3 running iOS 9.  Further proving the premise that Comcast can't support old devices wrong.

Twelve or so weeks later, and it still hasn't been fixed. Is it time to go to the annual report and find out who is the executive (EVP or higher level) responsible for customer relations and start an email or snail mail campaign. Evidently, this issue has not reached the C-suite.

Comcast is not answering this issue. Many complained about this and ONLY SOLUTION is to buy a new IPAPd or drop Comcast.

Wish I could be as optimistic as you, but in my cynical ways, I envision a collaboration between Comcast and Apple in order to get more of our money.  I have FOUR ipads...FOUR...and only one of the works with xfinity stream...right now.  Who knows long long they'll "allow" that one to work??  Most of us, including me, cannot afford to keep buying apple products when they will no longer upate the OS.  So....keep hoping, and I will too. But, I'll be hoping that YOUR "hoping" comes true!
