How do I remove devices from my xfinity stream app?

My family and I are noticing shows being marked as watched but not by anyone in our home...PLEASE HELP! Thanks in advance.

Hello, we have just deprovisioned all devices for your Xfinity Account.

As for your next steps, be sure to change your password as soon as possible and let us know if you still suspect someone to have access to your account.

I’m assuming someone still has access to my account because shows are still being watched by someone who is not in our household.

Hello MrsAngie30 - we’re sorry that you are having this frustrating experience.
It might be true that you are still seeing activity as deprovisioning takes some time to sign everyone off.

We have noticed that there are many secondary users tied to your account - and you have full control over permanently removing them.

Remove any users that you do not recognize - they will then not be able to sign in with any login information they once had.

Their should only be 2 users on my account, my husband and I. I do not see “many” secondary users on my account as you’ve stated. How many secondary users are their?
