Help with code TVAPP-00195
Why can I not download the app on my Samsung Frame TV. Any other app downloads and opens no problem. I called in on 8/7/2025 and was on with someone for 65 mins and nothing! Told I would get a text message when things were taken care of. Don’t make me cancel.

Hi @yarnchica , thank you for sharing your issue with us here on the community forums. As someone with a Samsung TV as well, I have noticed that this is somewhat of a popular error. I certainly want to help you get back to enjoying your favorite shows, but I do not want to rehash any troubleshooting steps that you have already taken. Would you mind sharing with me what troubleshooting steps you have done thus far?

Has your issue been resolved? I too am getting the same error code and getting the runaround!!
I've been trying to login to the Xfinity Stream App for days now! I'm following the steps with signing in and scanned QR code, however it displays message This package is not yet available on this device in the meantime, I can watch on my mobile device, Xumo Stream Box
or tablet.
Error Code: TVAPP-00195
Why can't I watch on my TV??
