Error: TVAPP-00101 with Xfinity Beta Stream app on two Samsung TVS
I have been having an on going issue with the app now for a few weeks. It's intermittent and never at an exact time. I will go to watch the Stream app and it will Display the error: TVAPP-00101 on both TVS. Sometimes one TV works when the other doesn't. Right now neither of them are working. I have tried Power cycling both TVs and my router multiple times and Have deleted the app and reinstalled it multiple times with neither working. Please help me with this issue. It seems a lot of people are having this problem right now.

Hey there, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding the Stream app issue. We definitely want to help get you back to streaming your favorite content. Have you made sure that your Samsung TVs are capable with the Xfinity Stream app? We have recently made some changes to the devices that are compatible with the streaming app. Here is a link with more details regarding compatible devices, https://comca.st/3tC4hOE. The Xfinity Stream app will no longer be available on 2017 Samsung TVs soon. Let me know if this information helps.
