Echo Show 21

For over a year now, we’ve been able to access the Xfinity stream app and watch TV on our echo show 21. Over the past two weeks I have the ability to access the Xfinity App, however when selecting a channel in the guide, I no longer have the ability to click on the watch button in order to watch that channel.  Has anybody figured this out yet? Why it’s happening
