Deprovisioning my devices

I reset my password and called tech support to reprovision my devices and they said they couldnt. There is a user using my xfinity stream that I dont want using, how can I get them signed out?

hi @mzruby559, thanks for reaching out on Xfinity Forum, I have deprovisioned devices associated to your account. All users accessing this account will be required to log back in. Please ensure to change your password.

Here's additional instruction on how to manage and remove users on your account:

@ComcastStream

can someone assist me with deprovisioning the devices on my account?  There is an unauthorized user logged in to Xfinity stream with my credentials. I just spent 50 minutes on the phone with 4 representatives and the last one disconnected me. None of them knew about deprovisioning. It was a total waste of time.
