Deprovision

​i signed into my xfinity app and possibly others i did not authorize watching thru streaming apps i would like to remove all users using my log in to watch tv can you deprovision my account as well​

I have a friend that has my login information for remote, changed my password, now want anyone signed in to be logged out…. So they can’t sign back in.

We'd be happy to deprovision the devices since you have changed your password. Please send a direct message with your name and service address to "Xfinity Support" by clicking on the "Direct Messaging" chat icon in the top right corner of the page, then click on the pen and pad icon and enter "Xfinity Support" in the "To" section of the chat.
