Channel guide not working while streaming with firestick
While streaming with Firestick, Xfinity channel guide only shows “to go” channels. Called Xfinity, they think it’s a streaming issue right now. Has anyone else encountered this problem and resolved it?

I had the same problem. I unplugged or dropped the power to the firestick.
