@XfinityKatie I’m having the same exact issue. I have x1. I just spent over an hour on a chat with someone “troubleshooting” the issue. Yesterday it worked fine. Today I got on the app and noticed the shows I was watching now said I needed premium. I had premium yesterday. Today I magically don’t and can’t get it back without choosing the option to pay $5
